Ma-Ingan Management was incorporated January 27, 1992, as a not-for-profit organization with the express purpose of developing economic opportunities and private enterprises on or near Native reservations or villages which do not have access to small business development services or are under served.
Ma-Ingan Management approaches this mission in providing to the entrepreneur professional expertise without the expense associated with hiring an employee to:
structure feasibility studies- provide business plan development
- market plan development and implementation
- provide counsel to the entrepreneur on financial management issues
- structure human resource policies
- structure quality management systems
- structure information systems through voice and data network design and implementation.
Entrepreneurial growth is enhanced with Premier FastTrac. Ma-Ingan Management is a certified instructional organization and offers Premier FastTrac in addition to curriculum based on the case study method, business principles, and entrepreneurial counseling in small business matters.
